Hyundai's Associate Purchase Plan claim form is simple.
You can complete it in just 2 steps.

Step One: We want to get to know more about you, therefore you MUST complete step 1, your profile, prior to receiving a claim number to take to your participating dealer. Remember, this claim number is essential for you to take advantage of the preferred pricing offered under the Associate Purchase Plan. After entering your information, you may also utilize the "Select a Vehicle" option that lets you "build your own vehicle" in order to see the invoice pricing on the vehicle you select.

Step Two: Upon clicking on the "Generate Claim Number" below, step two generates the important Claim Number that you will need to take to your participating dealer. Also, you will see the invoice price on the vehicle that you have built in step one.
